What is the difference between Story by and written by for movies/ tv shows?

Hi I am a budding screenwriter and I was just wondering what does
story by and written by mean? Like what is the difference between the
two? And also I have noticed after that they also list "screenplay
by......" So can someone please answer this for me? Thank You.
